but the box is torn in one corner.thank you very much Discs can be heard well.
Return of the King is the best score of the three to listen to. Awesome experience to hear the full score. Best money spent. Fantastic music. Wonderfully presented in decorated boxes and well packaged.
Sauron's Eye Fall and Dernhelm Battle will rise images of the movie to your mind, Faramir's Sacrifice will move you to a weightlessness and oniric athmosphere, and the long tender end of Bilbo's voyage with the Elves will catch your dreams and translate them to the Middle Earth in your homeplace. This is a Must Have in homes of all Soundtrack fans. "The Return of the King" is the final conclusion of Gondor's Fate and in this score you will live exactly the same as Aragorn when he remembers Minis Terth as his homeland and capital of Men's Kingdom, Gondor. With the Theme of "The King" (repeated in the whole 3 movies when it comes to talk about the kingdom that needs to be reclaimed by Isildur's heir) you will live Aragorn's Fate as sound mixes in your ears with songs like: "The Lightining of the Beacons" and "Journey to the Cross Roads".
An absolute must for any music lover. Howard Shore has once again created a glorious, heart-pounding score that melodically soars from the depths of despair to the heights of pure joy and love.
The quality of this music is superb, with a lot of feeling and variety that makes it great to really enjoy to its fullest. I bought all three of the Lord of the Rings Complete Recordings and loaded them onto my iPod so I can listen to them while I go for my walks. If you loved the movies, and if you love music, this is an excellent set to own. It sounds even better on a full stereo system. I marked the titles LOTR A1-3 Fellowship of the Rings; LOTR B1-3 Two Towers; LOTR C1-4 Return of the King and made sure Howard Shore was the artist for all of the songs so I could listen to them in order. It is really fun to listen and think about what part in the movies that music goes with.
